RAKU by Pintki
RAKU CERAMIC SCULPTURE
My art work expresses the thought that within each one of us resides a Higher Self, a Self separate from the ego.
This Self can be uncovered through awarenessas one strives to lift the veils of thisbeautiful core Being.
One can "lift off the lid"so to speak and access this Higher Self
and thus find Peace, Joy, Light and Love.

A quote from DAN¹S PAPERS in the Hamptons, NY Art Commentary:
" Pintki is another potter who expresses spirituality through her own work. Her pieces are inspired by spontaneity, making her containers adorned with angels very special. One day perhaps the local art world will change its perceptions and catch up with other parts of the planet, like Japan, where ceramics are indeed respected as fine art."

A quote from the NEW YORK TIMES:
" Pintki¹s pieces look a cross between Mexican folk art and Austrian baroque church decorations. They are utterly engaging. They are among the designs at Scarabaeaus on East 60th St., NYC"
